Arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment will allow you to get comfortable in our facility as well as allot enough time for you to complete any necessary forms. Additionally this allows all patients the ability to enjoy a prompt appointment that begins and ends according to schedule.
We advise you to notify us with any medical conditions such as pregnancy, impaired mobility, allergies, or recent surgery prior to your appointment.
If at any point you feel uncomfortable during your visit, we encourage you to advise one of our staff members. It is their desire to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
As a courtesy to other clients we kindly request all cell phones to be on silent mode during your visit to Willow Med Spa. In order to ensure your peace of mind and that of those around you, we also ask that children under the age of 18 have an adult present.
Appointments & Cancellations
Please schedule your appointment at least two weeks in advance when possible. We require a 24-hour notice for any change of date or cancellation. A $25 service fee will be charged if you chose to cancel after this time period or miss your scheduled appointment.
