Kristin Hebert

MSN, FNP-C, Family Nurse Practitioner

Kristin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 6 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2014 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and completed her Master of Science in Nursing in May 2020.

Kristin’s clinical experience as a registered nurse was primarily with inpatient interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, and heart failure patients, but also worked in the outpatient setting for cardiac, interventional radiology, and vascular procedures. She values the time and experience she had at the bedside and in the hospital, but decided it was time to pursue a field that combines her medical and cosmetic interests: aesthetic medicine. While Kristin pursued her Master’s degree, she began her career at Willow.

Kristin has always believed that when you look good, you feel good, and she put this theory to the test at the young age of 2 when she was often found digging into her mother’s makeup. She believes everyone deserves to feel beautiful, confident and happy, and is excited to have the opportunity to help you look and feel your best!

Cady Deitz

Nurse Practioner

Cady is a  Nurse Practioner with 4 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Throughout her nursing career, Cady has spent 2 years in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care unit at Ruby Memorial Hospital and 2 years as a traveling nurse in critical care units all across the country in the heat of the pandemic.

Cady appreciates the opportunity and experience she had at the bedside, but always had a passion for aesthetic medicine and helping people look and feel their best! Cady is currently in her final semesters at Spring Arbor University to complete her Master of Science in Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner, while working at Willow. As she completes her degree, Cady will also be attending trainings and continuing education to further develop her knowledge and expertise in aesthetic medicine.

Cady has always had an interest in fashion and beauty from a young age. After finding aesthetic medicine, she discovered she could combine her nursing background with her fashion and beauty interest to help clients build their self-confidence so they can radiate from the inside out!

Brooke Miller

Registered Nurse

My name is Brooke Miller. I am a Registered Nurse with 4 years of experience in the field. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University where I graduated with honors. My nursing career began in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Ruby Memorial where I worked for 2 years gaining invaluable experience taking care of critically ill patients undergoing cardiac surgery or suffering from cardiac arrest, heart failure, and other life threatening conditions. During the pandemic I traveled to Kentucky and Colorado to help those areas heavily impacted by COVID-19. Post pandemic, I spent time working in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

While I will always value the experience and skills I learned from bedside nursing, I have always had a passion for aesthetics, skin care and beauty. I longed for a way to incorporate my clinical knowledge with my passion and creativity. The field of aesthetics allows me to blend the art of aesthetics with the science in nursing to provide the best results. I am passionate about building lasting relationships with my clients and providing a safe and comfortable environment. My goal is to promote self love and empower men and women to feel confident in their own skin by enhancing their natural beauty with individualized treatment plans.

I have completed hands-on injectable trainings and will be providing neurotoxin and filler treatments. The field of aesthetic medicine is always evolving and I am dedicated to continuing my education to provide you with the safest and most up-to-date treatment.
